EPDM foam sheet is a black medium closed cell sponge. This is a synthetic elastomer that is highly flexible and relatively soft and when combined with its closed cell structure means that it offers excellent sealing capabilities. Medium EPDM sponge rubber (cellular sponge rubber) has a magnitude of uses and offers solutions to many areas of industry and manufacturing such as construction, automotive etc. We can supply our EPDM sponge rubber material in a wide variety of grades, densities and thicknesses as standard. We use one-stage vulcanization and two-stage vulcanization processes to achieve uniform foaming and dimensional stability. After all products are finished, they are left in the air for 5~7 days to stabilize the dimensional shrinkage, after which the planing process is carried out. The final molded EPDM foam rubber sheet has positive tolerance size, non-porous surface, and uniform color.

Packaging & Shipping

The characteristics of foamed rubber products lead to a high proportion of the cost of packaging and transportation. Therefore, reasonable packing method and rich experience in loading container are the factors that purchasers need to focus on. For the sheet material, we carry out the packaging of recyclable plastic bag with full consideration of compression deformation; for the expensive silicone products, or irregular engineered foamed products, we use carton packing to avoid the damage during transportation.

FAQ

Can I get samples of different densities?
Yes, we provide A4 size samples, the samples are free of charge, you just need to provide the courier account number to arrange the transportation. Samples of special colors will take longer to prepare and there will be a charge.

Can I buy small quantities?
There is no problem at all, we will account for all the costs incurred in production and transportation according to your size and quantity, and when we reach an agreement on the additional costs, we can produce small orders for you. We can reduce this extra cost if you can buy multiple models of foamed products at the same time.

Can you use carton box packaging?
Yes, we can customize your cartons, including logos and text printed on the cartons. According to the density of EPDM foam board, we will calculate the size of each carton to reduce the size of individual carton, of course, double corrugated design is a must.

Can you offer cutting or die-cutting services?
Of course, very happy to provide you with this service. Please provide us with drawings and dimensional requirements, as well as performance specifications, and we will price them. We can also sign an NDA if you require. For packaging, we will also customize the packaging solution according to the size and shape of the product.
