(1) Anti-fouling and dust removal: It can block 90% of dust and dirt outside the door, reducing the friction between sand, impurities, and the ground.
(2) Abrasion resistance and anti-slip: The surface of the high-density synthetic fiber material is treated with concave-convex patterns, providing strong abrasion resistance and anti-slip capabilities, which can significantly enhance pedestrian safety when entering and exiting.
(3) Moisture-proof: The coarse and fine fibers are arranged in a dense and sparse pattern, with fine fibers absorbing moisture that can be expelled through coarse fibers, allowing for fast drying, and preventing mold growth.
(4) Noise reduction, cold&high-temperature resistance: Equipped with built-in professional noise-reducing rubber strips and gap rubber, as well as an anti-fouling treatment layer, it is capable of withstanding severe cold, elevated temperatures, and static electricity.

Structural Performance

(1) Frame: The mat frame is made of corrosion-resistant hard anodized aluminum alloy 6063-T5 (compliant with standard GB5237.3.2004), with a wall thickness of 2.0mm and a total thickness of 22mm. Its load-bearing capacity can reach 1500kg/m² under standard rolling conditions without deformation, demonstrating strong bearing strength.
(2) Carpet: The carpet surface material adopts striped carpets from Belgium, Milliken and 3M carpets from the United States, and other world-renowned brands that also excel in color fastness, flame retardancy, anti-slip, anti-static and other functions. The carpet surface can be replaced separately to reduce maintenance costs.
(3) Connection: The mat is connected with stainless steel cables, fastened with internal convex hexagon screws, and features a strip gap process, ensuring optimal dirt-trapping capabilities and a superior design that significantly extends product life.
(4) Braiding: Braided with flexible steel wire ropes, it can be easily rolled up for convenient transportation, installation, and cleaning.
(5) Installation: Two installation methods are available: recessed and flat. Installation within a recess provides better and safer results.

Installation Methods

(1) Groove Installation: Before use, preset the area for the mat during floor construction and reserve a groove of 20mm-23mm. During floor construction, ensure the bottom cement in the groove is level. After the cement has fully cured, place the mat into the groove. Use decorative trim strips around the edges of the mat.
(2) Flat Installation: With a height of 2.2cm, the mat is directly laid on the floor. The decorative frame around the mat is a sloping frame, which does not interfere with walking or cause tripping. The back of the mat is equipped with a 3M foam backing to prevent shifting.
