EPDM foam sheet is a black medium closed cell sponge. This is a synthetic elastomer that is highly flexible and relatively soft and when combined with its closed cell structure means that it offers excellent sealing capabilities. Medium EPDM sponge rubber (cellular sponge rubber) has a magnitude of uses and offers solutions to many areas of industry and manufacturing such as construction, automotive etc. We can supply our EPDM sponge rubber material in a wide variety of grades, densities and thicknesses as standard. We use one-stage vulcanization and two-stage vulcanization processes to achieve uniform foaming and dimensional stability. After all products are finished, they are left in the air for 5~7 days to stabilize the dimensional shrinkage, after which the planing process is carried out. The final molded EPDM foam rubber sheet has positive tolerance size, non-porous surface, and uniform color.
