Due to the high wear and tear nature of rubber mats in manure alley areas, where cows frequently walk and produce a large amount of feces and urine, there are high requirements for the rubber mats in these regions. Therefore, high-abrasion-resistant, high-tear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant block rubber mats (which are easy to replace and less affected by thermal expansion and contraction) are selected.

The surface layer employs a polymer flexible material with a skin-like texture design, capable of undergoing creep deformation according to the direction of force applied by the cow's knees. It doesn't rub against the skin, causes no pain, and reduces hair loss. It prevents skin abrasions and infections when cows lie down.
The middle layer serves as a support layer that minimizes stretching and shrinking, ensuring there is no collapse during the cow's lying down and standing up processes, thereby preventing injuries such as sprains and falls.
The bottom layer adopts a design inspired by the stress changes during the instant of an airplane tire landing, which ensures no deformation. When loaded, stress is concentrated for support; when the external force is removed, it immediately returns to its original shape.
There are currently 110 machines in operation, including 70 drum vulcanizing machines and 40 press vulcanizing machines, with an additional 30 machines prepared for the peak season.
